Men Building Momentum Together

There’s a real sense of momentum building across our men’s senior sides as we head towards the Christmas break. Both squads have started their campaigns strongly, carrying confidence from last season and building week by week through hard work and togetherness.

What’s been especially pleasing is the blend of experience and youth. Seeing players step up from last year’s Colts into senior rugby – and doing so with confidence – shows how well our club pathway is working. That connection between juniors and seniors is something we’re hugely proud of and reflects the culture we work hard to protect.

Training on Tuesday nights has been buzzing, with big numbers, plenty of noise and that familiar Minch mix of focus and fun. The effort being put in now is laying strong foundations for the second half of the season, and there’s a shared belief that we can keep pushing

forward after Christmas.

As one of the coaches put it, “The commitment has been first class – everyone’s buying into what we’re building.” With some exciting fixtures coming up in the New Year, including big home games and local derbies, there’s plenty to look forward to.

Whether you’re pulling on boots, helping behind the scenes or cheering from the sidelines, the spirit around senior rugby at Minch is in a really good place.
