Senior Mixed Touch

Resilient, dedicated, empowered

Senior Touch is a fabulous part of the rugby we offer at Minchinhampton. We have refereed and non-refereed Touch on a Thursday evening from 6.30 - 8.00pm. In the winter we play at Wycliffe School on the all weather pitch and in the summer we play at our very own Hollybush.

Touch rugby is a great way for players of contact rugby to improve overall fitness and ball handling skills. For those who don't want to play contact rugby it is a really social sport that is growing in popularity.  2024 saw the Touch World Cup held in the UK - bringing the best Touch players from around the globe.

Training Times

All training sessions occur at Wycliffe, from the first week in September until the first week in May and then at our own ground at Hollybush during the summer

Senior Touch training is on Thursday evening from 6:30pm until 8:00pm.

All abilities welcome and initial training is free to attend.

What to bring

Please bring your own training clothes, boots, trainers and water bottles.

Gum shields are required during these sessions when contact rugby is played.

Where to find us

Sessions are at our home ground 'Hollybush' during the summer  - the address and directions can be found on our About Us pages. From September to May we train at Wycliffe school,  Stonehouse
