The role of the coach at grassroots level is all about developing players – technically and personally, taking on interchangeable roles such as leader, teacher, manager and organiser.

By coaching at Minchinhampton Rugby Club, you can help others to enjoy the game. It's a fulfilling way to be involved in rugby whether you're a player or former player who wants to give something back to the game, or a parent who wants to help their children experience rugby.

• ​All coaches MUST have an RFU Enhanced DBS

• We encourage all our coaches to take part in the many courses that the RFU have available

• Costs will be reimbursed by the club.
