How we run Minchinhampton RFC
Minchinhampton RFC is one which I am extremely proud to be involved with. I used to play for the club and have been Chairman for the club and for the senior section for many years. It is amazing to see how much the club has grown over the years and obtaining the land to have our own pitches and the development of our fabulous clubhouse has been a major achievement during my tenure as Club Chair.

We are continuing to grow as a club with the recent addition a womens team and the girls section within our minis and junior section.

Club Governance
As with any volunteer run organsiation it is really important the club protects the money of our membership and the assets of our club for our players.
The club has three sections; Seniors, Minis and Juniors and Touch Rugby. Each of these sections is run by a Committee who meet on a monthly basis. The committtees are responsible for reviewing finances, safe guarding, player development, fixtures and upcoming events. All of these Committees report into the Club Executive who have the overall responsibility for running our Club for today and tomorrow. All minutes from any of the of these committees are available for our members to see.
As a club we hold an AGM where the club updates on how it has been run over the last year, future plans and where the Executive are voted in for the following year.
Committee Minutes
All sections of our club hold regular meetings and these meetings are always minuted.

Anyone wanting to see the minutes from any of the meetings can request them from the Club Secretary, Triston Iles
