All the fun of the Fayre

The Minch version of a coconut shy!
The Minch version of a coconut shy!

All sections of the club turned up on Saturday 13th Sept, to help man the Minchinhampton RFC stall at the Minch Country Fayre. On a blustery day, that made knocking down the rugby balls more of a challenge, we saw familiar and new faces visiting our stall. Minch RFC is very much a part of the local community and we were delighted to be able to support the Fayre and to promote all that is wonderful about our club. A huge thank you to Adam Lees for taking the time to build our fantastic coconut (rugby ball) shy adorned with our club logo - the ram!

Our thanks also go to everyone on the Minch Life Committee for inviting us to be part of this community led celebration of the community. If you fancy giving rugby a try at a local club, where fun and community are at the heart of who we are - give us a call or drop by the club on a Sunday morning for Minis and Juniors training or on a Tuesday evening from 6.30pm for senior mens training and 7.00pm for senior womens training or on a Thursday evening for senior Touch, from 6.30pm at Wycliffe School (Sept to April) and Hollybush (May to August). We offer rugby for all ages and all skill levels. We'd love to see you!
