We will be holding the Annual General Meeting of Minchinhampton Rugby Football Club Ltd on 3rd September at Hollybush at 7PM.
The AGM is an important annual meeting and does require a minimum number of members to attend in order that business can be properly conducted and motions approved! It is also an opportunity for the exec to update club members on club performance, progress and plans for the future, to elect the executive team and for members to have an opportunity to ask questions and hold the exec to account.
Our plan is to follow a relatively standard agenda including:
1. Open meeting – Procedural formal opening
2. Review of financial matters – Update on sources and uses of funds, financial performance and governance
3. Rugby updates – Section by section update on what rugby we have managed to play this season
4. Facilities & Futures
5. Election of officers
Members are welcome to raise items of business for inclusion in agenda; if you would like to raise any items of business for consideration please submit these by close of play by COP Friday 2nd
